Defective Upon Arrival: Should your order arrive and the product is defective, a replacement will be provided free of charge. To obtain your replacement, contact PureInhale.com within 7 days of receipt of order.
Return for Full Refund: For full refund (less a 15% restocking fee), we must receive unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the shipment. Outside this period, returns are not accepted for any reason. All sales are final.
Warranty Returns: All warranty returns or exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number displayed on outside of package. To obtain an RMA number and return address, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To return, include a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice, or your printed name, address, and phone number with reason for warranty return. Write RMA on outside of package and send with Delivery Confirmation. To qualify for warranty return or exchange, you must return all accessories and product component parts, along with printed materials.
